As a consultant, I have gained a wealth of experience in various domains of my professional development over the years. From constructing KPI funnels to copywriting instructional design materials, I consider myself incredibly lucky.  
One of my core values is life-long learning: It has fueled by curiosity and a desire to keep growing. I am always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge and refine my skills.


Cloud for Sustainability 
Sustainability has become a buzzword in the last few years, but to Microsoft, it is more than buzz, it is an opportunity to do better for our earth through new technologies, changing what we once thought was possible. 
Our team created in-depth field-readiness training materials showcasing what is now possible through IOT data and cloud-based unified data intelligence. Everyone needs a greener tomorrow, and it was a labor of love to create material to facilitate change today. 

Who are changemakers? They are disruptors, poised to empower and radically change their industries to generate a lasting impact.

Our team was honored to write for this project with Microsoft. It has been named a 2023 Webby honoree! 

Project Manager | S&O Consultant | Logic 20/20| December 2023 - Present | Microsoft Contract
○ Project managed the implementation of a knowledge-base module to facilitate process documentation sharing across multiple consulting firms and internal Microsoft resources creating a single transparent information center. 
○ Created video training using LMS platforms with AI enhanced materials to train our teams marketers and PMs on platform processes. Tool: SuccessFactors, Copilot, and ClipChamp.
○ Delivered change management efforts for the implementation of new toolings for global teams.
○ Continuously supported Microsoft’s Global Demand Center to increase operational efficiency. 
         ○ Internally chaired multiple committees and delivered company wide discussion for inclusivity for the LGBTQ+ community.

○ Project managing highly matrixed digital campaigns and synchronizing content delivery for channel partners. 
○ Working with global partner solutions to establish readily available go-to-market content for future cloud and AI campaigns.

○ Advising through a strategic partnership, our team delivered clear go-to-market strategies, field readiness, and sales enablement materials, via experiential marketing concepts.  
○ Developed, wrote, and created materials for internal and customer-facing target audiences.
○ Applied andragogical principles to deliver problem-solving training materials.
○ Performed extensively in digital transformation, sustainability, industry solutions, and manufacturing sectors.

Marketing Coordinator | MRM//McCann Erickson | June 2021 – June 2022 | Microsoft Contract
○ Operated across channels to deliver and launch campaigns for customer-facing solutions as a part of the Microsoft MSC (Marketing Service Center).
○ Deployed, tracked, and managed over 130 promotional and transactional email deployments in FY22.
○ Tagged pages enabling website traffic reports and tracked consumer engagement through Adobe Analytics and Power BI.
○ Created customer-facing Microsoft sites; wireframing, user interface design, accessibility audits, and reporting.
○ Served on MRM’s DE&I team, Purple, to deliver events, information, and resources to celebrate diversity.
   ○ Assisted with planning for MRM’s involvement in Utah Pride events and creating LGBTQ+ history informational materials.
